Ingredients (15 serving)

  • 1 envelope (2 1/4 teaspoons) unflavored gelatin (fish gelatin is also fine!)

  • 1/2 cup of Nutella spread

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 cup milk

  • Crushed graham crackers

  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows (vegan ones are also fine!)

  • 15 disposable aluminum cups

  • 1 tsp of butter

Steps (Panna cotta)

  1. In a pot over a stove on low heat add milk, heavy cream, spread, vanilla, and salt. Stir thoroughly until all mixture has been mixed.

  2. Add gelatin pack. Stir consistently or else the gelatin will not dissolve..

  3. Once you're sure that it's all good, strain the mix and pour it in bowls of desired size. I would recommend pouring 1/4 cup per container.

  4. Leave in fridge for 2 hours for soft texture and 4+ hours for chunkier flavor. Leave for 6 hours and you'll get an awesome jelly.

  5. Crush some graham crackers for crunchy sides. Kick it up a notch by burning marshmallow on your fork over the stove fire. #getlit

Steps (Marshmallow Omelette)

Of course getting lit could also mean flopping the most amazing thing known to man on a bed of crushed graham crackers. Here’s how you make the best invention of man kind: marshmallow omelette.

  1. Place a small non-stick pan on stove at low heat. Add butter and slowly brown the butter.

  2. Once butter is completely brown, turn heat to low-medium (2 or 3 on the dial) add marshmallow. Leave the marshmallow for 30 - 40 seconds.

  3. Once you see the marshmallow starting to melt into one another, put the pan out of the heat.

  4. Flop that beast.

  5. Done.

  6. Thank me.
